Quality Assurance
Print Robot offers a warranty and guarantees the quality for all our products and services.
Warranty is valid for 3 days from date of collection or delivery and any claims after this period will not be entertain.
Warranty does not cover malicious, inappropriate treatment and mishandling of goods.
We do our best to ensure that your orders are of highest quality in the design, production and service. If there are any printing defects in your order and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Support within 3 days from the date you receive or collect the goods and we will offer a replacement or refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding delivery and processing costs.
Please note that due to the nature of full-colour printing (CMYK), we cannot print every colour available. We do not colour match; therefore, we offer print industry's standard phrase of respectable colour and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colours you have provided as possible.
Customer should have their order quantity check upon collection and notify our staff or delivery crew immediately if there are any discrepancies with quantity. We shall not be responsible for any issue regarding order quantity once the order leaves our office or has been delivered to you.
Print Robot is committed to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the warranty.
Please note that the warranty is not applicable to the below:
- Artwork did not follow our design guideline if you created your own design
- Colour variance within 10% tolerance
- Cutting off-set within +/-2mm
- Defects due to C+M+Y+K value more than 250
- Incorrect actual size, bleeding size, and image too near to the cutting edge which did not follow the design rule
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
- Colour Proofs; due to differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between colour proofing and production runs, a reasonable variation in colour [within 10%] between colour proofs and the completed job will be deemed acceptable unless otherwise agreed.

Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to approving your digital proof.
Print Robot reserve the rights to refuse any replacement or refund request and the management's decision is final.
Refund Policy
All refunds offered by Print Robot will be subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- We reserve the right to have you return the original order, at your cost, before reprinting or refunding your order.
- We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
- You acknowledge that we shall have the right to refuse to print any Content that violates this agreement or may otherwise be obscene or objectionable. You further acknowledge that we may disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal actions or claims, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our business, our customers and the public.
- Full refund guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. We will reprint orders damaged or lost by our delivery man.
- This guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order quantity of the purchase price of the order. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
- This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims including loss or delay.
Replacement Policy
Replacement is only applicable for the product(s) in question only, any change of design, size or quantity will be treated as new order and it will be chargeable.
All printing replacements are subjected to standard production lead time.
