  1. How do I place an order?

    Send us your order through email at sales@printrobot.com.sg or visit our office at 155 Kallang Way #06-11/12, Singapore 349244 together with the artwork files

  2. Is listed price inclusive of GST?

    Prices listed are NETT as Print Robot is not a GST registered company

  3. Do you offer artwork services?

    Yes we offer artwork & design services at a fee depending on the scope of work required, please send us an email with your design requirements

  4. How do I get a custom quote?

    Please send an email with your required specifications and a contactable number to sales@printrobot.com.sg

    NOTE: we may not respond within the same day if the items you requested for is complicated or unclear.

  5. Can you match a sample I printed out on my own printer, or a previously printed sample?

    No, there is no guarantee that your finished piece will match your printed sample, this is due in part to the widely varying results from different output devices including inkjet and laser printers, continuous tone proofing devices, high-resolution film-based proofs, and different than true offset lithography. Even from one commercial printing firm to another, there can be significant differences in results. In particular, inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than true offset lithography. Please look at our "Terms & Conditions" for more information.

  6. Is there a discount if I re-order my job?

    No because prices listed online are fixed and valid for per order only

  7. How do I send my artwork files to you?

    All artwork files may be send in via thumb drive, CDs, DVDs or through websites such as www.yousendit.com or www.wetransfer.com

  8. When will the order be process and confirmed?

    Order will only be process and confirm upon full payment by customer.

  9. Will i get a proof for my order?

    You will receive a low resolution digital proof via email if requested within 24hours of payment fulfilment. This digital proof IS NOT an actual colour proof but only serve as a confirmation that we are printing the correct files.

  10. How do I view my proof?

    If requested, digital proofs will be send via email.

  11. When will i be able to collect my order?

    An sms would be send to customer’s registered mobile number when the materials are ready for collection or alternatively please refer to our production timeline as a guideline

  12. Can I get my order faster and request for urgent service?

    Yes, however it is only applicable to certain products and not all the listed products have urgent service. All urgent request will incur an additional urgent charge, please enquire with our staff if your product is eligible for this service

  13. Will I always receive the exact quantity I ordered?

    Most of the time, we will ship to you the exact quantity or slightly more than you ordered, free of charge. But on rare occasions, we will print a few pieces lesser than you ordered because the printing industry trade standards allow for shortfalls of up to 5% for every job and If you are planning to send your print order for a mailing list or need a guaranteed quantity, we recommend that you order an additional 5% over the minimum quantity you require.

  14. Can i change something or cancel my order after I've placed it?

    Order may still be cancel or change as long as the digital proof has not been approve but you cannot cancel or change your order once you have acknowledged your digital proof approval. Please check your artwork and order details carefully, we will not entertain any customers request to cancel or change their order to another order of a lesser, equivalent or higher value once the digital proof has been confirmed with our staffs.

  15. What is your refund policy?

    For jobs that has been processed (payment made and proof approval given), we are unable to offer any form of refunds.

    For job that has not been processed (payment made but proof approval not given), we will refund the full price (less 10% handling and administration fees) of the order(s) excluding postage, courier and processing costs (such as artwork fees).

  16. Can i use Print Robot to print anything i need?

    Yes you can, as long as what you are printing does not conflict with the laws of Singapore. Print Robot will not print materials that contain offensive literature or images including and not limited to information that are politically, religiously or racially, sensitive. Print Robot will not be held responsible for any infringement of copyright or artwork content provided by customers.
