  1. Where do i self collect my order?

    Self collection is done at our office, 155 Kallang Way #06-11/12 Singapore 349244. Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm and collection on Saturday are strictly by appointment only.

  2. Do you offer a delivery service?

    Yes, all delivery requests will incur a delivery charge based on per order as listed below, all delivery charges listed are applicable for delivery to 1 location only. Multiple delivery location request will incur multiple delivery charge based on quantity per location

  3. I have ordered several items from you, will I be charged for the delivery of each order or you will be charging me a flat fee?

    Customers will be charged the combine delivery charges of each product category or a flat rate of $50 whichever is lower.

    For example, if you ordered 2 sets of 3 boxes namecards and 5000 A4 flyers, the combine delivery charge for the namecards are $10 for more than 4 boxes up to 10 boxes + $15 for more than 2000 A4 flyers up to 5000 A4 flyers = Total $25

  4. What kind of packaging do you use?

    All of our order uses unbranded and unmark packaging.

  5. How will my order be delivered?

    All goods are delivered either by our own delivery crew or our appointed courier service.

  6. When will my goods be delivered?

    Our normal delivery timeline is an additional 1 working day from the time your order is ready for collection. For example, if your order is ready for collection today and you request for delivery, then it will be delivered to you the next working day.

  7. Apart from normal delivery, do you provide urgent delivery services?

    Yes, we do provide urgent delivery services. Our fastest delivery service is within 3 hours in the same day. Please check with our staffs for pricing and availability

  8. When will the delivery arrive?

    For normal delivery, the delivery will arrive anytime between 9:30am to 6pm.

  9. Can I specify a time for delivery?

    No. We will not be able to confirm the specific time of delivery, not even estimate as all our delivery crew or appointed couriers have their own route of deliveries.

  10. Can you send the orders to my customers and bring my DO (Delivery Order)?

    Yes but please inform our staff beforehand if this arrangement is required.

  11. Do you deliver to everywhere?

    No. We will only deliver to Singapore mainland only. We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Army camps, restricted access zone, cargo complex etc. Please check with our staff for pricing and timeline if you need us to deliver to these zones.

  12. Will there be a possibility that the delivery will not arrive on schedule?

    While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to all our customers, we cannot guarantee a 100% punctuality due to factors such as Acts of God, national emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service company.

  13. What happen when the delivery man reaches my place and I am not in?

    Our delivery man will wait for a maximum of 10mins. If you still can't reach on time, our delivery man will leave and you will have to rearrange for another delivery time. Additional delivery charges will be levied for rescheduling

  14. What happens if the products delivered to me is defective?

    You need not accept the products. The delivery man will return the defective products to us the next working day. Upon receiving our staffs will investigate and get in touch with you on the solutions.

  15. What should i do if i don't receive my orders on time?

    Please contact our customer service at sales@printrobot.com.sg or call +65 6844 4084. Provide us your order reference number and tell us the problem. We'll try to sort it out as soon as possible.
